Wireless Charging Modules 60W–800W — OEM Transmitter/Receiver Sets

60W, 100W, 200W and 800W wireless charging module sets for OEM integration into vehicles, robots and equipment. 15–50mm air gap, 91–93% efficiency, configurable output voltage. CE/RoHS certified.

60W–800W wireless charging modules for OEM integration

A wireless charging module is a matched transmitter and receiver set — PCBA plus coils — that you integrate into your own vehicle, machine or device. Instead of developing a wireless power stage from scratch, you design our proven modules into your enclosure and configure the output to your battery.

ONEPOINTECH modules cover 60W to 800W with DC outputs configurable within range, full FOD / OCP / OVP / OTP protection, standby consumption as low as 0.5W, and optional CAN / RS485 communication. When your application needs different hardware — coil geometry, PCB layout or firmware — we scope it as a development project with you.

Engineered for integration

Configurable output

Output voltage and current are configured within range to your battery — 29.2V, 42V, 54.2V and other pack voltages are covered by the same hardware.

Full protection suite

Foreign object detection, over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection are built into every module, not added later.

Ultra-low standby

Down to 0.5W standby draw — critical for shared fleets and battery-sensitive equipment that sits idle for long periods.

Slim coil assemblies

Coils from 5.5mm thick integrate into vehicle floors, ground pads and docking stations without redesigning your chassis.

CAN / RS485 on request

Communication interfaces for fleet and BMS integration are available across the module line.

Evaluation from 1 unit

MOQ from a single set for engineering evaluation — test in your equipment before committing to volume.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a module and a system?

A module is a transmitter/receiver set (PCBA + coils) that you integrate into your own product with your own power supply and enclosure. A system is a turnkey product — AC input, housing, charging pad — that works out of the box. Modules suit OEMs building wireless charging into their equipment; systems suit end deployments.

Can the output be matched to my battery?

Yes. Output voltage and current are configured within the module's range to your battery specification before delivery. If your application requires hardware changes — different coil geometry, PCB layout or firmware — that becomes a development project, which we scope and quote together with you.

What charging distance can the modules bridge?

Depending on model, 5–35mm coil-to-coil. The TE03-200W and TF02-800W also tolerate ±10–15mm of horizontal misalignment, which is what makes them practical for vehicles that park with normal navigation accuracy.

Do the modules work through metal?

No — inductive wireless power does not work through metal. Coils face each other across a non-metallic gap (plastic, composite, air). Metal near the charging area triggers foreign object detection and the module shuts down safely.

What certifications do the modules carry?

The TE03-200W module is CE certified. The TD01 and TF02 modules are not currently CE certified. For your own product certification, we provide the technical documentation your compliance team needs.
